Estefania graduated from Thomas Jefferson University with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Public Health. During undergrad, she conducted a research study focusing on the influence of social media on disordered eating behaviors and body image. This experience sparked her interest in psychological research and the factors that impact overall physical and mental well-being. 

Before joining HopeWorx, Estefania provided individualized behavioral support to children on the autism spectrum and supported adults in a community-based mental health setting. She is passionate about advocating for accessible care and ensuring that individuals and families have the support and resources they need to thrive.

In her free time, Estefania enjoys concerts, traveling, and spending time with loved ones.
