Behavioral Health Services
Survey Program
Your Voice Matters
The Community/Family Satisfaction Team (C/FST) surveys Montgomery County community members about their experiences with behavioral health services to learn about what worked and what can be improved.
We amplify voices to the county, providers, and stakeholders so that services reflect the needs of the community.
-
Community/Family Satisfaction Team (C/FST) is Montgomery County's independent behavioral health satisfaction program.
Our work supports the county's Quality Improvement (QI) process by providing meaningful feedback to providers, the Behavioral Health Managed Care Organization (BH-MCO), and Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
-
The team conducts satisfaction surveys, interviews, focus groups, and quality improvement activities with children, youth, families, and adults receiving publicly funded behavioral health services.
-
The purpose of C/FST is to amplify the voices of individuals receiving services and use those experiences to improve the quality, accessibility, and effectiveness of the county’s behavioral health system.
Meet the Team
Behind everything we do is a team of people who truly care. We bring our own experiences, perspectives, and passion for supporting others to the work we do every day.
