Katie Holton serves as the Director of IM4Q for the Montgomery County region, a role she has held since November 2025. Katie earned her bachelor’s degree in social work from Shepherd University in West Virginia and her master’s degree in psychology, with a specialization in applied behavior analysis, from Capella University.

Katie has worked in a variety of roles within the intellectual disability and autism systems, including direct care, case management, behavior specialist, program specialist, and various other leadership positions.

Throughout her career, her passion has remained centered on supporting individuals in receiving the same opportunities regardless of diagnosis, while also educating individuals and families on how to be their own self advocates.
