Lea Anne serves as the program assistant for the IM4Q team. Her role is to work with the IM4Q director on activities that need completion, such as conducting surveys, entering survey data into the IM4Q software, analyzing data for trends/themes, editing written materials, and many other jobs.

Lea Anne is an RN with a PhD in Health Services Research. Throughout her career she has worked on projects that focused on measuring health care performance, served as a national director of nursing and quality improvement for a national behavioral health organization, and researched and published articles on patient safety topics involving individuals receiving health care services.

Prior to her IM4Q position, Lea Anne served as a member of the HopeWorx Community Satisfaction Team.
