Lori Warren

Peer Development and Community Engagement Manager

Lori brings more than a decade of experience and leadership in behavioral health, peer support, and community engagement. Drawing from both professional and lived experience, she is committed to supporting individuals, families, and peer professionals while creating meaningful opportunities for connection, growth, and system change.

At HopeWorx, Lori focuses on developing peer leaders and expanding community engagement opportunities that advance the organization's mission. Guided by HopeWorx's commitment to walking alongside others and helping people feel safe, seen, and heard, she works with county and regional partners to amplify the voices of those receiving services, building community connections to make significant impact both locally and regionally, and supports a culture of belonging and continuous learning.

Lori is enthusiastic about helping peer support partners thrive doing the work they love and maintaining their own wellness. Finding the right balance results in sustained workforce satisfaction and retention for consistency in the supported communities. Lori's coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that every person already possesses strengths, wisdom, and enormous potential and is the expert on themselves. Through curiosity, authentic connection, and strengths-based support, she helps staff and teams design their values- aligned goals, navigate challenges, and move toward meaningful growth professionally and personally.

Outside of work, Lori loves spending time with her husband, family, and friends, creating a wildlife sanctuary in their backyard and practicing gratitude. She also loves spending time with her 3 rescue dogs.
