Matt Grayson
Family Peer Support Partner
Matt joined the team after a decade of working in behavioral health. He has been married to his wife for 7 years and is the proud parent of twins. He lives with his wife and two children, as well as three dogs and two cats.
Matt worked as an RBT for nearly a decade working with clients of all ages including working as an instructor at a private, year-round special education school that educates children and young adults with autism spectrum disorders.
When his son’s own behavioral needs became more prominent, Matt left the field to focus on his development. Through navigating a multitude of roadblocks to access the resources to fit his son’s needs, Matt further developed experience.
When he had the opportunity to join the FamilyWorx branch of HopeWorx as a Family Peer Support Partner, he knew this was the next step to growing his career and was the perfect outlet for his experience.
Outside of his work life Matt spends majority of his time with his children, being an active participant in their various activities. He enjoys the occasional night out with friends playing trading card games and is an avid comic book enthusiast.
