Star graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Biobehavioral Health. During her undergraduate studies, she focused on epidemiology and global mental health, with an interest in understanding mental health disparities and how factors across different countries impact mental health and well-being.

Before joining HopeWorx, Star volunteered and worked in community outreach, where she gained experience supporting community-based initiatives and engaging with others. She is excited to bring her background in biobehavioral health and interest in research to her role to help support efforts to better understand and improve the experiences of individuals and families in the community.

In her free time, Star enjoys staying active, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends.
