Morgan Killian-Moseley
Morgan: Morgan has been part of the Community Satisfaction Team since June 2016, the longest-tenured current member of CST. He sees HopeWorx as a place where people can be real with each other and with themselves; and loves how supportive his co-workers have been during his time here, especially as he was pursuing his bachelor's degree and as he pursues the opportunities that followed. Though Morgan's experience with the mental health system can render him a bit cynical, it also inspired him to do his best to support the people he cares about. He sees CST as the voice of the people and wants to help the team as they inspire people to advocate for themselves.
Morgan currently serves as one of the Tri-Chairs of the Montgomery County Mental Health Community Support Program (CSP) and served as its Treasurer from September 2018 to September 2021. He also recently became a co-chair of the Southeastern PA Regional CSP Conference Committee.
Morgan graduated from Temple University's Klein College of Media and Communication in May 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Studies and Production, while also earning a Sports Media Certificate. While at Temple, he was part of the sports department at Temple's student radio station, WHIP, where he served as a play-by-play announcer/analyst for many Temple Owls sports. He was also a regular co-host on multiple sports talk shows as well as an article writer. Morgan was also part of TUTV's Owl Sports Update; taking part in multiple aspects of the show's production including shooting and editing video, scriptwriting, camera and teleprompter operation, floor direction, and on-air reporting. Those experiences have helped Morgan secure a position as a play-by-play announcer for Sports Fan Base Network, where he calls high school, college, and semi-pro sports. He is also an article writer for both Philadelphia Sports Digest, where he covers multiple Philadelphia area high school and college sports, and for OwlScoop.com, where he shows a side of Temple athletes people may not see immediately.
Morgan is a massive Philadelphia sports fan and enjoys video games, karaoke, and collectible card and miniature games in his spare time. His long-time love of Power Rangers inspired him to take up taekwondo, which he currently holds purple belt status in. He also likes watching wrestling, creative writing, and buffets.

Cindy Todd
Cindy: My name is Cindy Todd, I am a mother of three and grandmother of seven beautiful grandchildren. I worked in the restaurant industry for 15 years and wanted a change. That change came, but not the way I expected… I’m a survivor of a life changing auto/pedestrian accident and I found hope through CBH while recovering. With the help I received from therapy and my Certified Peer Specialist (CPS), I was able to find my niche in the Mental Health field by becoming a CPS and an employee at Hopeworx and part of the Community Satisfaction Team (CST). I wanted to share my story of hope with others to help them see that life is worth living and recovery is attainable through support services and self-advocacy. My goal is to help support people on their journey to find their voice and be successful reaching their goals and live their best life. It is the best feeling in the world to know that I have helped someone see things from a different perspective on their road of recovery.
